into real estate advisory services and they work in the area of Chandigarh

SasteGhar.com started their journey in 2012,
successfully completed 8 years now. Their journey has been very exciting. They
started from a work from home, then to a one room office, then to three room
office. Now they have a full fledged office and a strong professional network
in Punjab & Himachal.
He acknowledges that the biggest challenge he faced
was "Change in mind-set". From an employee mind-set to a business-man
mindset. He has worked in various multi-national companies for 17 good years.
He says that "In those organizations you have strong inter-department
support" and various other facilities. Now in business, what happens is -
you are on your own. Where to put funds, what is your priorities. Lot of things
are required. He thinks this is the best change one can have, from an employee
set-up to a business person.
Another challenge that he faced was to create a
successful team, because for any business to succeed - there has to be a
successful team. Luckily he found his co-founder, Mr. Rupinder Jassal - he is
from technical background. His presence compliments to the business . Together
they make a strong team.
His message to the fellow entrepreneurs is to
"Go by instinct, go by gut-feeling". That is where you are strong,
that is why you have become an entrepreneur. Along with this there is a lot of
discipline and hard-work required to succeed. The same hard-work and discipline
as you were doing in your job, maybe more than that. Make goals, make
deadlines, follow them. These are the important things. An entrepreneur is
never unsuccessful. As an entrepreneur either you win or you learn. These are
the only two things in an entrepreneurs life.
An important aspect of an entrepreneurial journey
is solving problems and helping others. That works really well for your
business model - you must create something like this. Like we have created an
associate model, wherein if somebody wants to do a real estate business and if
he is not having resources or knowledge can sign up with us and we work as a
