Dr. Hema Sehgal, heals others with nature cure and yoga. Believes in drug less healing. She is a post graduate MD in alternate medicine. She has also done diploma in Naturopathy and Yoga. Also done a few courses for skin therapy and acupressure. She basically heals with yoga and meditation. When she decided she did camps for people of all ages. She also did some seminars. People initially did not understand how they can get healed without medicine with a new technique called naturopathy. She explained many that how one can strengthen body with yoga.

Our nine body systems get positively impacted by Yoga. We get our body health with yogasan. She explains - How with meditation you end up increasing oxygen levels. 

With naturopathy and yoga one is able to remove toxins from body. One increases the immune system. One should include healthy diet and exercise in their daily routine to improve internal muscles. 

She helped a lot of her neighbours. Initially only those people use to come who had cervical issues or back pain or joint pain issues. People use to be doubtful of the therapy but when people started benefiting- they started understanding the importance of yoga, yogasan and naturopathy.

She started at the lowest rung as admin and HR executive and with lots of hard work and long working hours, she got many promotions and in 15 years of her journey she became the vice president (operations) in the same company.

Of course money followed but somehow she had this craving to leave and be at peace because long working hours and lot of tensions were there. She was sure that if she does not take a break, she is going to have a breakdown.

She is now the founder of Bbetter HR Solutions

Currently she is also a mentor with Start-up Punjab and also mentor with SACC (Start-up accelerator chamber of commerce) India.

She always had this urge to help women, help them succeed and be financially independent. So while she was on this break, she thought how about starting a business model which can help women as well as make her also monetarily independent as well. There is when she conceived the idea of starting BBetter HR Solutions

Why BBetter ?! As she always has this in her mind to be better than herself everyday of her life.

After starting her business, she was more at peace so she could now invest more in her education. She did her certification to be a "Life Coach". After becoming a certified "Life Coach", she added this service of coaching people to do their best.

Since then there is no looking back. 100s of workshops always planned. Got lots of clients for consulting. There were times when there were "No Clients". It has been always peaceful to start her own work.

Now they have workshops ranging from a day to even 10 weeks workshops
