Anuradha Chawla (founder) BBetter HR Solutions

She started at the lowest rung as admin and HR executive and with lots of hard work and long working hours, she got many promotions and in 15 years of her journey she became the vice president (operations) in the same company.

Of course money followed but somehow she had this craving to leave and be at peace because long working hours and lot of tensions were there. She was sure that if she does not take a break, she is going to have a breakdown.

She is now the founder of Bbetter HR Solutions

Currently she is also a mentor with Start-up Punjab and also mentor with SACC (Start-up accelerator chamber of commerce) India.

She always had this urge to help women, help them succeed and be financially independent. So while she was on this break, she thought how about starting a business model which can help women as well as make her also monetarily independent as well. There is when she conceived the idea of starting BBetter HR Solutions

Why BBetter ?! As she always has this in her mind to be better than herself everyday of her life.

After starting her business, she was more at peace so she could now invest more in her education. She did her certification to be a "Life Coach". After becoming a certified "Life Coach", she added this service of coaching people to do their best.

Since then there is no looking back. 100s of workshops always planned. Got lots of clients for consulting. There were times when there were "No Clients". It has been always peaceful to start her own work.

Now they have workshops ranging from a day to even 10 weeks workshops
