How to survive despite the most adverse circumstances and 'FALLEN TO RISE' ! Story of Mr. Bobby Dsouza

Mr. Bobby DSouza is a Motivational speaker, author of a book called "Fallen to rise". Someone who was at one time a labourer on the streets of Mumbai who picked cement bags for livelihood.

Today he has and is inspiring thousands of people, students, corporate employees, organisations.
He says that, when he was a toddler and when things didn't even make sense - his father left them and told his mother that he would come back.  10 years / 20 years , 30 years went by and he never came back. As a family they don't even have an idea whether his father is alive or not.

He says, his mom single handedly took care of them, loved them as crazy, she sacrificed her own life and took care of the family. She struggled and was cheated by people but she stood by the family and stood committed to the family. When he was 15 years young, he saw his mother struggling with her health. His sister started working, she started singing to contribute. When he saw his sister working, he as a teenager went out and started working as a construction worker. He never knew how to work, he was frail, people use to tease him, bully him.

With all that he was facing he still knew that something bigger, better and higher is waiting for him. He knew that this was not the end.

The next job he picked was of sales, he used to sell watches house to house knocking doors to sell watches. He was once picked up by the customer and thrown out. He still remembers that day he was on the highway and it was raining heavily, he was crying but he made a decision that his past will not decide his future.

He consistently kept on learning a lot of things from a lot of incidences and people. He strongly recommends that if you cannot develop any other skill - one skill you should definitely must learn is to SELL. If you can sell in life, you can never stay hungry.

He got exposure in company called "Synergies" and worked there for 5 years interacting with lot of corporations. He started realising that he was not made to work only for one organization. He was hungry , thirsty to do MORE... He started doing motivational programs for students soon.

He has inspired a lot of corporates across the globe including close to 28000 people, 142 organisations and counting and impacted to over 6500 students. His father has still not come back and they are still waiting.

He doesn't know where his dad is but he definitely knows that he can be a motivation to thousands of people.

His message to the fellow entrepreneurs is to never give up, there are big things waiting ahead. The best is yet to come.
